SwitchPilot 3 Plus decoders are optimized for stationary use on your system and can switch conventional double coil switch drives, light signals, magnetic uncouplers, light bulbs or other stationary consumption. In order to facilitate the rather cumbersome configuration of magnetic article decoders, the SwitchPilot 3 Plus has an innovative operating concept consisting of a 4-line, illuminated OLED display and three input buttons. Modes The SwitchPilot 3 Plus is multi-protocol and can be used with control panels according to the Märklin® Motorola® system (e.g. 6021, Central Station® or Mobile Station®) as well as DCC-enabled control panels. The new ESU PowerPack Maxi has been developed as the powerful complement to the LokSound L V4.0 /  LokSound  5 L decoder. It can, of course, provided there is sufficient space, also be connected to all LokPilot V4.0, LokSound V4.0, LokSound V4.0 M4, LokPilot 5 or LokSound 5 decoders. It provides uninterrupted power to your locomotive when traversing dirty track and long turnout ladders. All sound, lighting and motor functions are buffered with the aid of two energy storage capacitors enabling your models – subject to the total energy consumption - to continue running for up to three seconds. The PowerPack Maxi incorporates an integral charging circuit controlled by the decoder. Therefore it may be connected even during programming. The charging current is limited in order to avoid an undue load on the booster, in case there are several models in the same booster sector. The buffer time can be reduced by means of a CV. This may be useful to assure the correct stopping position ahead of signals showing the “Stop” aspect (red signal). The space requirements of the PowerPack Maxi of about 27.5 mm x 15.7 mm x 13 mm must be taken into account when installing this unit. Labelle DCC / DC Track Conditioner If operating in either “DC” or “DCC” mode, and your locomotives have “headlight flicker” or your Decoders are cutting in and out, it is a sure sign your track needs cleaning with this Product. Just clean your track with this product and leave a micro-coating on the rails of LaBelle #105 and it will dramatically improve your DC/ DCC reliability.
