Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is automatically calculated for all shipments. We require a signature for delivery for all orders over $300. We reserve the right to require a signature and/or change shipping carriers from what you selected during checkout on any order.

Shipping to P.O. Box / APO Box

If you have chosen to ship your parcel to a P.O. or APO Box, the delivery service must be provided by the USPS.  No exceptions. Keep in mind some order require a signature on delivery.

Shipping Times

Most orders that are paid via credit card or PayPal will usually ship within 1 business day as long as the item is in stock. Custom order shipping times vary based on the order, please see product description or contact us for an estimated quote.

If you believe a parcel has been stolen or lost after it has been delivered, you must contact the local authorities and notify Squeaky’s Trains & Things LLC Immediately through e-mail, support ticket or live chat.

International Shipping

The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, fees, and taxes on international orders.

Internation shipping customs, duties, fees and taxes are not calculated during checkout.

Our 30 days free return policy is not available on international orders.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

  • We will do our best to ship Pre-Order products in accordance with their expected ship date. If this changes, we'll do our best to let you know.
  • You are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up to date to ensure proper shipment of any Pre-Order products. Please email us at support@squeakystrains.com if you need to update any of this information.
  • You will NOT be charged at time of placing a Pre-Order. No discounts, refunds or credits will otherwise be offered due to any such delays.
  • Upon check-out through the shopping cart system, a fully discounted amount will be shown to $0 balance your Pre-Order product - this is not an indication of any implied discount on your Pre-Order product. 
  • The final invoiced amount which is shown at the time of Pre-Order will be the amount you will be invoiced for when the Pre-Order product is ready to be shipped to you, plus calculated applicable shipping fees and insurance on items over $100 in value. Some Pre-Order products may be Overweight/Oversized and will be excluded from our free shipping program.
  • No discounts, refunds or credits will otherwise be offered due to any such delays.

Backorder and Special-Order Terms & Conditions

  • We will do our best to ship Backorder and Special-Order products in a reasonable time, usually in 1 to 2 weeks. If this changes, we'll do our best to let you know.
  • Backorder and Special-Order products are not guaranteed to be in-stock or available, if the product is not available, we'll offer the option to cancel the order without a cancellation fee.
  • You are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up to date to ensure proper shipment of any Backorder or Special-Order products. Please email us at support@squeakystrains.com if you need to update any of this information.
  • No discounts, refunds or credits will otherwise be offered due to any such delays.

Distributor Warehouse Products Terms & Conditions

  • We will do our best to ship Distributor Warehouse products in a reasonable time, usually in 1 to 3 business day. If this changes, we'll do our best to let you know.
  • Distributor Warehouse products are not guaranteed to be in-stock or available, if the product is not available, we'll offer the option to cancel the order without a cancellation fee.
  • Free shipping is excluded from some Distributor Warehouse orders; Distributor Warehouse products cannot be combined with In-Stock products. If Distributor Warehouse and In-Stock products are ordered at the same time, shipping may be charged on all products.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

You have 30 days, from date of purchase, to return or exchange an item(s) in good and unopened condition.

Any discrepancies or damages with shipments received must be reported within 14 days upon delivery. In the event an item(s) is damaged upon delivery, wrong item(s) were sent, if there were any overages or shortages, please email us at support@squeakystrains.com or contact Live Chat.

We will address and rectify any issues should you have any. We may choose to test returned shipments.  If a returned product is tested and found to be free of defect, Squeaky’s Trains & Things LLC will not replace the item. 

Squeaky’s Trains & Things LLC reserves the sole right to refuse the return of any item in which the purchaser has made previous multiple returns or if the product has been used. In addition, we will not accept orders from customers that have demonstrated a high incidence of returns after purchase.

Order cancellation requests must be submitted, via e-mail (support@squeakystrains.com) or live chat, before the order is shipped.

Oversized And/Or Heavy Packages

Oversized and/or heavy packages that have dimensional weight charges will incur additional shipping charges as imposed by all shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL).
