Bachmann Bachmann 16301 | Track Cleaning Tank Car - Maintenance-of-Way - Ready-to-Run - Silver Series(R)| HO Scale
This Bachmann HO Scale Silver Series Track-Cleaning Tank Car is based on freight cars designed to haul a wide variety of liquid loads. Tank cars have remained a crucial element of freight railroading since the pioneer era, hauling water, oil, and other commodities that were invaluable for shaping the nation. This tank car model represents some of the last single-dome examples built with a riveted tank design, which were delivered between the late 1920s and early 1940s and operated into the 1980s. Found across North America, our model represents cars in their heyday, when they served a wide selection of private owners with eclectic names and colorful paint schemes. The Bachmann Single-Dome Tank Car features a prototypical, detailed body, separately applied ladders, and metal wrap-around grab irons. Other features include blackened metal wheels with RP25 contours for operation on Code 70 and larger rail, and body-mounted E-Z Mate(R) Mark II couplers. The Track-Cleaning Tank Car features a dry cleaning system with a reusable track cleaning pad. (Track Cleaning Replacement Pads, Item #160-16949, are available separately.) ESU LLC ESU 50702 | LED Lighting Strip w/Taillight - Warm White 10 x 0.35"
The 255mm long, 9mm slim LED lighting strips with 11 LEDs are designed for N, TT and H0 gauge cars. We are offering two versions: The version with Part number 50700 is equipped with warmwhite LEDs, while on part number 50702 we installed yellow LEDs. This will give you the choice to match the lighting strips with your existing cars. As usual for all ESU lighting strips, you can adjust the brightness according to your wishes with the help of a small variable resistor (potentiometer). Thanks to built-in voltage control the brightness remains almost constant even when conventional driving. To bridge prolonged power interruptions, you may add a PowerPack. Of course, the lighting strips can be arbitrarily cut to fit the cars of all manufacturers and comes with a red taillight. You may add a LokPilot Fx V4.0 function decoder at any time.
