With a footprint of 4.5″ x 5.5″ this really isn’t such a small barn… just a “cool” barn with a not-so-big price ! Yes, it comes with the horse & wagon. The original for the one was in Pennsylvania but we doubt if there’s an area in the country that doesn’t have something like it ! It doesn’t matter what era you model… this one will fit in !
