Is this a good first rocket?
Yes — this is a beginner-level set with everything included. No extra purchases needed to launch on day one.
What engines does it use?
The Mini Der Red Max uses 13mm mini engines. The A10-3T is the recommended engine for achieving the 300ft max altitude.
How does recovery work?
The rocket deploys a streamer at apogee for a controlled, visible descent — easy to track and retrieve after each flight.
Can it be flown multiple times?
Yes! With fresh engines, recovery wadding, and starters, the rocket can be reflown many times.
