I just purchased my 3rd SoundTraxx DCC TSU-4400 decoder from Squeaky’s Trains. I appreciate their attention to details and customer service!!

I am very pleased with the quality of the produce and the service Squeaky’s Trains provided. Anyone can put an item in the box and ship it but Squeaky’s goes behind that. The item was wrapped in bubble wrap with a smiley face sticker on the bubble wrap, my invoice and a business card. If I am remembering correctly they even wrote a personal note thanking me for my purchase. Those are all simple things to do but combined they made me smile and feel like I purchased the item in person. Thanks for doing the simple things that show that you care about your customers.
