Description
Regular hot glue guns melt foam on contact — this one doesn't. The Woodland Scenics Low Temp Foam Glue Gun runs at a lower temperature that bonds instantly without damaging foam, making it the go-to tool for building SubTerrain layouts, foam scenery bases, and terrain contours. It also bonds wood, plastic, paper, cork, cloth and Homasote, so it earns a permanent spot on the workbench. Two low-temp glue sticks are included.

Will it really not melt foam?
Right — it operates at a much lower temperature than standard glue guns, so it bonds foam sheets, risers and inclines without melting pits into them.
Can I use regular glue sticks in it?
Use low-temperature glue sticks only. Standard high-temp sticks won't melt properly at this gun's operating temperature. Woodland Scenics sells low-temp refills.
What else can I glue with it?
Wood, plastic, paper, cork, cloth, Homasote and most hobby and craft materials — it's handy well beyond foam scenery.
Do I need this for SubTerrain?
It's the adhesive tool Woodland Scenics designed the SubTerrain system around — foam tack glue works too, but the gun bonds instantly with no clamping or waiting.
