When do I varnish?
Last - after paint, decals, and weathering are fully dry. One or two light coats locks everything under a uniform dead-matt finish.
Will it fog?
Spray in moderate humidity with light coats and it dries clear-matt; heavy wet coats in humid air are what cause frosting.
