Water Ripples goes on clear and dries clear to create ripples. Customize your water colors by adding Water Tints or create whitecaps and foamy water with White Water Highlight™.
This did not really create ripples when I applied one layer (on top of dry Realistic Water). But after letting that dry, I tried another layer using more of the stuff and was able to get a reasonable effect.
