Will this work with my existing Lionel starter set?
Yes. This pack is designed specifically to expand the FasTrack oval included with most Lionel Ready-to-Run O gauge sets. Snap it directly onto your existing track.
Do I need a second power supply for the second loop?
No. Because both loops connect through the 90-degree crossover, the figure 8 runs from the same power source as your original oval.
What size space do I need?
About 39-1/2" x 90-1/2" of clear table or floor space when combined with a standard FasTrack oval.
Is this O36 track compatible with larger Lionel locomotives?
O36 fits most O gauge starter and intermediate locomotives. Some larger scale locomotives and longer cars require O48 or O72 curves — check your locomotive's minimum curve recommendation.
