Can I extend an existing Plug-n-Play cable with this?
Yes. It's designed to add six feet of reach to any standard 3-pin Plug-n-Play run so you can place accessories or power drops farther from the transformer.
Do I need to strip or splice wires?

Will this work on an HO or N Scale layout?
