The Walthers Cornerstone Cross-Dock Truck Facility puts a serious modern industrial anchor on your HO layout. Cross-dock facilities have been used by trucking companies large and small from the 1940s through today to receive, sort, and re-ship freight — and many of the older ones have been repurposed as warehouses, contractor shops, and small-business hubs. This big plastic kit packs a detailed brick front office, a long line of dock doors with weather seals (room for up to 12 trailers or trucks), and two paving sections so you can lay out a truly busy yard.

How big is this thing?
Big. The footprint is 16-5/16 x 19-3/16 inches — plan on a 17 x 20 inch parcel minimum, and ideally more if you want trailer parking and apron space. This is a serious industrial anchor, not a small filler structure.
Are trailers/trucks included?
No. The kit includes the building, paving, and dock doors only. Add Walthers SceneMaster tractors and trailers (sold separately) to populate the docks.
Can I expand the paving area?
Yes — the two included paving sections can be extended with the Walthers Gas Station Parking Lot kit (933-3540) to build a much larger yard.
Does it need painting?
It's molded in six colors and builds straight from the box. Painting and weathering the dock doors, brickwork, and paving (oil stains, tire tracks) will push the realism significantly.
