Cross short distances in style with the Walthers Cornerstone 933-4501 50' Single-Track Through Girder Bridge — one of the most common North American railroad bridge designs. As a "through" bridge, the track passes between the side girders rather than on top, providing extra clearance below for highways, waterways, or other railroads. Includes an optional center girder for easy conversion to double-track or wider right-of-way.

What's the difference between a "through" and "deck" girder bridge?
On a through-girder bridge, the track passes between the side girders. On a deck-girder bridge, the track sits on top. Through girders provide more clearance above the ground below.
Can I convert this to a double-track bridge?
Yes — the kit includes an optional center girder that lets you combine kits to build a double-track or wider right-of-way bridge.
Does this include the track or piers?
No — bridge structure only. Code 83 Bridge Track (948-83004), Center Piers (933-4550), and Abutments (933-4551) are sold separately.
What scale is this?
HO Scale (1:87). Assembled length is 6-15/16".
