With its rows of roll-up doors, light fixtures, and detailed gutters, this kit captures the look of the suburban and light-commercial storage facilities that have become a fixture of every American town since the 1980s. When will this ship?
Walthers Cornerstone has scheduled delivery for Summer 2026. We'll ship orders the same business day we receive them from the factory.
Is this just one building or a full storage complex?
One kit builds a single self-storage building. To model a full storage-unit complex like the photo, buy multiple kits and join them with paint and weathering.
Do I need glue and paint?
Yes — this is an unpainted structure kit that requires assembly. Plastic cement and acrylic paints get the best results.
Will my card be charged now?
No — this is a $0.00 Pre-Order, so your card is not charged at checkout. When the item arrives in our warehouse, we'll contact you to confirm shipment and send an invoice for the product plus any shipping that applies.
