How much track will one roll cover?
One roll lays roadbed under a full 24 feet of N scale track. For a typical 2x4 ft N scale oval, one roll is usually plenty with material to spare.
How is Track-Bed different from cork roadbed?
Track-Bed is a soft foam that deadens sound better than cork, needs no pre-soaking, and stays flexible instead of drying out and crumbling over time. It's also easy to cut and shape around curves.
How do I install it?
Glue it down with Woodland Scenics Foam Tack Glue (ST1444) and hold curves in place with Foam Nails (ST1432) while the glue sets. Ballast over it just like cork.
Will it work with any brand of N scale track?
Yes — it's sized for standard N scale flex and sectional track from Atlas, Kato, Peco, Micro Engineering and others, and also suits HOn3 and HOn30 narrow gauge.
