Will this work in N scale and HO scale?
Yes. Clump Foliage is sized to look right in every scale from Z to G — the small clumps work as bushes in HO and N, and larger clumps make great medium shrubs in O and G.
How do I apply it?
Tear the clumps to the size you need, dab the base with white glue or Woodland Scenics Hob-e-Tac, and press in place. For tree foliage, glue clumps directly to tree armatures or onto ready-made trees for a fuller canopy.
