The TCS FL4 is a function-only DCC decoder for any scale, adding up to four extra lighting and effect outputs wherever you need them — commonly used for smoke coils, fireboxes, ditch lights, and step lights. Note: FL-series "Fleet Lighter" decoders do not provide motor control, so pair the FL4 with a separate mobile decoder.
