Atlas Cork Roadbed — 36 x 3/16 x 1-7/8" section. Bevelled cork roadbed gives your mainline the raised ballast profile of the real thing and quietens running at the same time.
Cork stays slightly resilient, which is exactly what you want under flex track: it deadens drumming and takes spikes or adhesive equally well. Split the strip down the middle and you get two bevelled halves for a proper ballast shoulder.
