The Walthers Cornerstone HO Scale Interlocking Tower kit is based on one of the most important buildings alongside any railroad. In use from the early 1900s until computers took over in the 1980s, a few are still standing. A great starting point for a trackside scene, this model is complete with an exterior stairway, as well as simulated rods for the control system.
