The SoundTraxx 852001 is the MC1H102P8 DCC mobile decoder — a motor and lighting decoder without sound, for HO scale locomotives. It is rated 1 amp and connects by nmra 8-pin direct plug. As an MC1 series decoder it operates on DCC only — it needs a command station and will not run on a plain DC power pack. Motor control is SoundTraxx Hyperdrive.
