The SoundTraxx 885612 is a BLU-21PNEM8 Blunami digital sound decoder with the Baldwin & Other sound set. Blunami is a Tsunami2 with a Bluetooth radio added, so it runs three ways: as a normal DCC decoder on any NMRA-compliant system, on plain DC, or in wireless mode straight from your phone or tablet. Wireless mode needs no command station and no programming track — an old DC power pack and the free Blunami app are enough, and CVs can be read and changed over Bluetooth while the locomotive is running.
